So, we just received a Notice of Action on our I751 petition.

It says that "Your conditional permanent resident status is extended for 24 months."

Is this typical?  Or only because the current Extension of 18 months already expired?

What is next?  As far as I can tell, we wait for a letter telling us to do the Biometrics/Interview.  Is this correct?  I am just wanting to make sure I am doing the right thing.

How long can we expect to wait for the next step?

We sent the I751 on March 24, 2021 and received the notice Nov 15, 2021. (Seems like a long time).

As an additional note, I checked the my.uscis.gov site and signed in and checked the case status.  This is what it says for the case History:

June 9, 2021 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

March 24, 2021 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
