i751 condition removal documents - help needed

Me and my spouse are both medical residents who are in the same state but live 6 hours apart (residency is a lottery system so we had no choice over it)

Since we have different addresses, we couldn't get car insurance together - they all said said spouse has to get her own for her car where it's housed. Same for health insurance. Likely won't file taxes together either because the loan payment options works in such a way that she'll pay 200-300/month extra by filing together. And of course, no utility bills together and no joint lease agreements

I have to submit my i751 documents on November 2022

So far what I have:

1 joint debit card account where both of our paychecks go

1 joint credit card

(both of these are frequently used and will have ~2 years of history before I submit)

Our individual ROTH IRA retirement accounts listing each other as beneficiaries

Life insurances with same

Both of our car titles with our names on them

Joint phone bill

BJs store cards

Pictures, receipts, flight tickets etc from our honeymoon

Any help/input would be greatly appreciated on other ideas to have joint things. The only thing i can think of is adding each other's name on our leases when we renew it next year. I know mine is an atypical situation and i'll address it in the cover later. Just trying to be well prepared for this

Thanks in advance!

You will be ok.  Your explanation that you are both medical students is well understood by the Case Officers.

Explain the separate leases, and car/medical insurances.

You'll be fine!

Document your correspondences and your time together to show USCIS your efforts to spend time together as much as possible while apart. Maintain a log of your time together on weekends and holiday periods, and log the trips to see one another.

Show commingling of finances as much as possible. It would be best to file joint tax returns, (share common official dominical address if possible), if you must file married but filing separate would be okay but filing single would be not okay. If you don’t already have one open a joint checking account & savings accounts.

Pick one address as your primary address for both of you (since you live in the same state you should be able to maintain your driver’s licenses with the same primary address), treat one address as a temporary address like a hotel room the other address as your official home address. Send all the bills, tax returns, and official documents to the official home address for both of you.

Many people are in your same situation. If you can justify why you are in that situation, then that should be ok, provided you also supply some important documents that show you're in a bona fide relationship. You could add doctor's emergency contact information and affidavits written by people that know about your relationship. Usually affidavits are sort of weak evidence, but in a situation like yours, where you don't have enough documents, they could help. Remember that the evidence you submit needs to cover the whole span of your marriage.

Your list looks good, just include an explanation of the situation. I see many people on here having far less evidence, so you've complied a great list so far of important joint items. You could also draw up a will, and also create a living will and a designation of health care surrogate (or whatever these two are referred to as in your state).

Do you have any cards addressed to both you and your partner? This is weaker evidence but I did include a Christmas Card sent to my husband and I and sent a photocopy of the outside of the envelope addressed to us, and the inside of the card.

Similar situation for me, my wife is a resident and I am not.  I spend portion of my time together and a portion separately. We were in the same situation at the time of AOS as well and it didn't cause an issue.

The most important thing is to include an explanation, which you did.  I would also include the offer letters for both of your residency.  If your residency is ending next year and you both  already have offers or letter of intent, include that too.

I am not sure if both of your names are on each other's lease (we did that) but if you do, include that too.
