Case tracker is only for USCIS. Once the case is approved and is moved to NVC, the case tracker no longer tracks it

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

Thank you. I feel like I knew this but I was thinking the two cases status’s should match since the NVC sent me DQ emails on both?
