How long to get DQ at the NVC nowadays.

If you mean getting documents reviewed by NVC, the timeframe is updated weekly here -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

As for getting DQ, it depends on how many rounds of NVC reviews your case will need.

the one that we see here on the Morocco portal for spouse visa doesn't have dq date but sent all documents to NVC in April and interviewed in August

sorry but others aren't doing timelines and timelines is all we have to go by

Even  the USCIS stats page for issued visas has not updated since July so no idea how many visas in any category for any country

According to NVC there working on cases submitted in July but that can also vary. Recently I've seen cases DQ'd in days.

After DQ it's taking about 1.5 month to get an interview for CR1/IR1 in Morocco and about 2-3 months for K1.

I'm not sure why people aren't doing timelines.  It's so satisfying to update it! :P
