Hi all, can you take please take a look at my checklist and let me know if I am missing something else?
My FIL will be a joint sponsor and my MIL completed the I-864A
 

  • Cover Letter
  • Check for $1,225.00 written out to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" (Form I-485 at $1,140.00 and biometrics at $85.00)

  • Beneficiary’s Form I-485 along with the following supporting documents:

    • Form G-1145

    • 2 x passport-style photographs of beneficiary

    • Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate, translation, and translation certificate

    • Copy of beneficiary’s bio page in passport, including K1 visa, K1 entry stamp, and all pages with stamps

    • Copy of beneficiary’s I-94 

    • Copy of I-797; I-129F approval by USCIS 

    • Certified copy of the marriage license between beneficiary and petitioner

    • Wedding pictures
       

  • Petitioner’s I-864 petition along with the following supporting documents:

    • Petitioner’s copy of passport bio page and driver’s license as proof of citizenship

    • Copy of Tax Return Transcript for year 2020 

    • Copy of W2s and 1099 for tax year 2020 

    • Copy of letter explaining why taxes were not filed for year 2018 

    • Copy of employment letter and most recent pay stubs
       

  • Joint Sponsor I-864 petition along with the following supporting documents:

    • Copy of birth certificate and driver’s license as proof of citizenship

    • Copy Tax Return Transcript for year 2020

    • Copy of W-2, 1099, and Statement of Annuity Paid for tax year 2020

    • Copy of employment, most recent pay stubs, and letters from the SSA explaining benefits, and Office of Retirement explaining annuity adjustment
       

  • Joint Sponsor’s spouse I-864A along with the following supporting documents:

    • Copy of Tax Return Transcript for year 2020

    • Copy of birth certificate and driver’s license as proof of citizenship

    • Copy of W-2 and 1099 for tax year 2020

    • Copy of most recent pay stubs
       

  • Beneficiary’s Form I-765 along with the following supporting documents: 

    • Form G-1145

    • 2 x passport-style photographs of beneficiary

    • Copy of beneficiary’s bio page in passport

    • Copy of I beneficiary’s I-94, K1 visa and entry stamp 

    • Copy of Expired EAD card

    • I-797; I-129F approval by USCIS
       

  • Beneficiary’s Form I-131 along with the following supporting documents:

    • Form G-1145

    • 2 x passport-style photographs of beneficiary

    • Copy of beneficiary’s bio page in passport

    • Copy of beneficiary’s I-94, K1 visa and entry stamp 

    • I-797; I-129F approval by USCIS

I don't see any issues.  Very well written I will add!
