I think it’s the letter sent by NVC when the case is transferred to the consulate? It’s titled K1-FTP. At least that’s my best guess.
 

To OP, the medical facility I went through my medical in did want to see that letter, but I don’t know if it’s the same for your country. Maybe someone can advise who’s familiar.
