When USCIS requests for initial evidence that we already submitted

Hi, guys. My fiancé and I are waiting for noa 2. And we submitted all initial evidence . But we heard that USCIS may request for initial evidence that we already submitted. Then what do we have to do for reaction and response? We need to send them same initial evidence we sent at first time? Sorry for keep asking. Please let me know if you know. I need more information of RFE

Did you get an RFE?  Submit a complete and accurate petition to begin with.  If you get an RFE then we deal with it.  Relax you have a long wait.

Thanks for the answer. My fiance may go to mission at military. So we prepare everything we can do right now. So we find out every cases. 😕

There is nothing you can do to prepare for a RFE. You don't know if you get one and what for the RFE might be. And it will be addressed to the USC who then has to respond in a certain timeframe. If your fiance gets deployed before you get the NOA2 they better change their address to somebody back in the States they trust so that they will receive the mail and can inform the two of you.

You will have to wait until you actually get an RFE.  You may not even receive one.  If you do, the directions will be clear and precise on the RFE.
