In our case, we got a 765/131 approval for my mom yesterday but no updates for my dad. 

Hope you got an update by now. It was pretty much the same time for both my parents.

Still being reviewed since Dec 21. For Texas center it's processing to Jan 21 submission now. So gonna be a while still.

Hi all, i filed for my dad and mom on August 11th. One changed to actively reviewing dec 15th the other one on sept 14th. The processing times shows at Nebraska Center for cases from Aug 21st now but everytime i try to put an inquiry it says my cases are within normal times.

12/27/2017: Checked receipt number on the USCIS website and they had just forwarded the case to NVC that day *shame*

01/11/2018: Email received from NVC expedite that inquiry is under review

01/16/2018: IIN and Case number issued

01/18/2018: Expedite approved and immediately forwarded to US Embassy Manila. CEAC says "In Transit"

01/23/2018: Embassy Received case file. CEAC says "Ready"

01/23/2018: DS-260 completed

01/24/2018: SLEC Medical DAY 1

01/25/2018: SLEC Medical DAY 2

I am still waiting and i found out a month ago that if you filed online the service center on your NOA is not where your case goes. The tier 2 said they automatically assign a center for online applications but it most likely goes somewhere else. Mine shows Nebraska but actually it is in Texas. I put in a expedite request and they said that takes around a month to answer and in genetal i130s take around a year to be processed.

The same thing happened to me. I was told that the case is in Vermont, the NOA says Nebraska...
