Just a question regarding if anyone is experiencing the same issue or has any information regarding the Consulate in Montreal Canada. are they currently taking k'1/Fiancé  visa's. We were happy to hear that our case was approved on April, 23rd, 2021. We have contacted the NVC 3 times,

And from what i can tell they are still not taking appointments for k'1 visa's. Just wondering if anyone here is dealing with the issues as well. Would be nice to know if/when they plan on opening up the K'1 appointments.

They didn't do routine k1 interviews for more than a year.   The backlog is very long in an already very slow consulate

YMMV

Is it possible to have it sent to another Consulate like Vancouver?

And im guessing there is no ETA when they are going to start accepting K'1 visa's from the NVC again?

And when they do, how many are in the queue in front of you and how long will it take to get to the front of the line

YMMV

If it helps any my fiancé and I's I-129F was approved March 26th 2020, and we didn't get the K1 interview until July 26th 2021 at the Montreal Consulate.

Wow not exactly what i was hopping to hear but it does help. thanks and congratulations, hope everything goes well for you. Crazy to think it took 1 year an 4 months. hope they manage to speed things up in Montreal because that's painfully slow.

Yes, Montreal continues to process K1 visa cases.  According to the Montreal K1 tracker cited by the folks over at the Canada regional forum, current wait time from I-129F NOA2 (petition approval) to visa interview is around 8 months -- https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yXsBaODEcERCnBkkVhTklmw1LrFVkY9dE6z2Q5D2kCc/edit?fbclid=IwAR2y6wgSsyW0DjDRDar0yqH8FCHNhfWPeSX7HyJCSuCRGjkAfvquzrZSrKo#gid=1154446973
