Hello everyone,

I'm the beneficiary, I already got my biometrics taken, and now we are moving from FL to CT, I already filed my change of address and I'm helpong my husband to change his address as well since he is my sponsor.

So we filed theI-865 for (change of address of US Citizen) so I tried to send it through UPS (ground) to the address shown on the website (for people moving to CT corresponds VT): USCIS Vermont Service Center 38 River Road Essex Junction, VT zipcode 05479-0001 so the UPS lady told me that address doesn't show up on the screen, I googled it and it show the exact same address with a different ZipCode: 05452-3808. So I said ok, maybe the website has a mistake and she said "maybe but if that address doesn't exist you will get the for back to you and no money back. So I came back home and looked in more sources and both address are in various USCIS pages but the one I sent was for Premium Processing Mail and not All Other Mail (I'm attaching a picture).

When I google the address shown google corrects me and gives me the same address with the zipcode: 05452-3808.

Now I don't know if they will still process it on the right office or I should just sent it to the exact same address on the website. Anyone with the same question?

I just checked the instructions on USCIS and here’s where you have to mail it to. Also, last week we mailed this form (moved from WV to OH) and went to USPS. No issues.

Yay!!! We received it last week. Did you also file AR11 for you? Remember you need to file that too. And also, you have to set up USPS forwarding.

I don’t think we’ll get a mail confirming that they received our AR-11. It’s just an email confirmation, which makes me nervous because we have to file for ROC In January and I don’t want to miss any notices.

I will call them one of these days then. If you have been married for less than two years, you get a conditional green card. 90 days before the expiration of your green card, you need to file for ROC to lift those conditions. So you need to prove the bona fide of your relationship. If approval for your GC comes before your two year anniversary, then you’ll have to do it. And the evidence you send

Has to cover the whole marriage of your period, so never stop collecting said evidence. In the year and a half almost after my approval I have health insurance, retirement plans, car insurance, renters insurance, three leases, a mortgage and a house title, homeowners insurance, etc.

The reason why I mention this to you now is because I have read of people frantically trying to come up with evidence at the last minute. That would really stress me out, so I try to gather evidence as I go, and keep it altogether in one envelope.

oh thank you for explaining it, now I understand more or less. Yes we have less than two years of marriage and to my knowledge was that I need to renew it after 2 years for the permanent residence that I think lasts longer than 2 years.
In terms of evidence lucky yes, I keeping everything and putting in folders, leasings, new leasings and documents we have in common as well as documents where it shows my address and all that.
