Like the title says my fiance signed and put the date of the I-129F that he sent to the USCIS but instead of signing and putting the date on both copies he only did it for one. Now our interview is close and my copy of the I-129F is not signed or dated on the day we sent it. Should we leave it like that and explain it later or should he at least sign it and not put the date? What should we do? 😢

Btw, it's not only the form but all the other pages of the k1 application

Not an issue at all.  The consul officer won't care about your personal copy of the petition.  It's not even required at the interview.  What matters is that the petition in their case files is properly signed.

It's only important if it's signed and dated on the initial application you submitted to USCIS.
