I am preparing to file all the papers necessary to adjust my husbands status and want to obtain his immunization records from the UK before the medical exam.  Anyone know how to obtain those records?

Thanks 😃

He should contact his Surgery.

He can request his records from his NHS gp surgery if he is registered with one. Immunisation records are part of the package they print out. Best thing is to call or use nhs app if you have it. You can discuss how to send it with the surgery - they will probably but not necessarily charge  you  for the service. Now if he has nothing recorded or his records are not complete he can take an antibody test and have the missing jabs - I had. You can do it ahead of time so that he does not get too many all at once during his medical.

I was missing my records as they were lost in the move from South Africa to the UK. The only jabs you need are TDaP and MMR. I had both done during the medical for an extra £90. The blood test to check titers on vaccinations was £90 through visa medicals and I suspect similarly priced elsewhere. So you could spend £90 only to find you need to spend it again. Or just get the first shots as required for the same amount. Felt a bit bleh for the first two days after but I'm fine now. If your immunisations were done in the NHS though, you won't have the same lengths to go through that I have and as has been said above - your patient summary care record should list all your vaccinations.
