  1. Not sure - I-130 was filed by a lawyer, I-751 was filed without one. All I can attest to is that I have both under the same account.
  2. Biometrics done. Case is now on Actively being reviewed. Now we wait... again...
  3. 9/9 - Online Access Code Letter 9/11 - Biometrics Appointment letter & worksheet 9/14 - Extension letter 9/21 - Biometrics Appointment Have now got all three letters. Biometrics next week in Jackson, MS.
  4. Hi All, Have to go for biometrics next week for ROC. I'm a CR1 so I did my first set as part of the consulate interview. Has anyone arrived earlier than scheduled (but same day scheduled) and been seen or were you made to wait until your time? Basically my wife and I are hosting two exchange students and if I can get in and get out early enough I can still pick them up from school instead of my wife having to take time off work (I work from home). I understand that Covid has changed things but I figure it's worth a shot. My ASC is Jackson, MS which is a 2 hour drive (no reviews I could find for it either).
  5. August 24 - Package sent August 25 - Case received August 29 - Credit Card charged August 30 - Text message with Case number September 1 - Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled No letters yet, not even online code.
  6. Wife (US Citizen) is submitting our packet today! Finger's crossed we get the interview waived. Submitted leases, purchase letter from current home, bank statements from marriage start to now showing joint accounts, some from UK and some from US and some ancillary stuff (Our confirmed application to host an exchange student(s) this school year, flights to London last year and a local trip to Portland this year)
  7. Hi @olduser, 1. Yes, they will only get notices 2. Yes, make sure to keep your address up to date as required by USCIS. 3. New lawyer, New G-28 You can send a letter withdrawing your current G-28 or your new attorney (if you hire a new one) can send it along with a new G-28 form. Kind regards,
