My spouse interview is next month. I got a new job and the starting date will be two days before my spouse interview. I don't know what to do. I am still working and I already summitted updated I-864 at CEAC with my new 2020 tax year information. I still did not resign on my old job because I am  waiting for background check for new employer. should I have to update again I-864 with new employer? How to prove new job current income?

Don't do anything. The embassy will be more interested with your income as per your tax transcripts.

At the visa interview, your spouse might be asked about your job.  The consul officer might want your current income documented in the I-864.  To avoid delay due to that scenario, send an updated I-864 for your spouse to bring to the interview.  Signed + scanned + emailed + printed should be ok.  Also send a copy of your employment contract or an employment letter listing your annual salary.

As of the interview date, this petitioner will not yet have changed jobs.  His spouse should answer the questions and deal with the issues in the present tense, not future tense.  In this case, I say do nothing as nothing has changed yet.
