NVC Cleared My RFE

I'm a little confused, a little fed up and frustrated... I received another RFE earlier this month asking for my joint sponsors' W2s. (I submitted a joint sponsor before NVC told me not to and just wait to submit it at the interview, which was an unnecessary set back.) I have not been able to obtain all of my sponsor's W2s and IRS still has not sent her tax transcript so I called NVC to ask them what would be the best option. They suggested I just request to delete the sponsor, which will now take another month (understandably) for them to approve the removal of sponsor.  I just checked my account today and they cleared the RFE and accepted the sponsor!! 🙃

I don't even know what to think now. They accepted her and removed the RFE AFTER my request to remove her so I'm just all confused and just want to move forward! I don't really know what to do except what I have been doing, which is just WAIT 😕... has anyone had this happen?

It wont change to accepted untill they review it again. I received an RFE for two civil document I uploaded one but it wont allow me to submit it. Do I have to upload both required documents before it can be submitted?? How did you submit your RFE'd documents??

You have to wait until nvc approves the documents. About a month ago when I looked at, nvc was about 3 months behind for reviewing documents from the time it was submitted.

What error message are you receiving? Do the docs need to be attached to the same file? Or is the file size too big?

I don't get any error message. It just wont click the submit button. Do I have to submit both the rejected documents then press submit of can I submit them each at aa different time cause i'm still waiting for one of the documents?

I would wait for your other document. Once you submit you go back to the end of the line. If you submit another you will just go back to the end of the line again.

@Hoba did your "upload date" for the document change when you re-submitted?

One of the documents I replaced so the date didn't change. The other document I deleted then replaced, which made the date the re-submission date.

Thanks for clarifying,.

I've just had to replace one of my documents, so trying to determine if that puts my review to the back of the line?

From what ive seem it does push you to the back of the line. But you can never really know with the NVC.
