Consulate officer refused and sent petition back to USCIS

Can anyone tell me if they have had this experience my family member said the officer has sent the I-130 back to USCIS for reconsideration to revoke petition can anyone tell me if this happened to you?

I would recommend you read the notice for the reason that was given for revocation and be prepared to respond to when given the chance to.

Just as every case is different, the reason the CO gave this recommendation in your case might be different too.

For what type of visa ? Spouse ?
