Hi all,

 

Currently waiting for my case to update after interview last week where I was verbally approved...  Would people be able to share how long it took for their case to update to approved online please?

AOS - NOA received May 18, 2020

Biometrics (Code 2) - August 5, 2020

Biometrics take 2 (Code 3) - August 27, 2020

Ready to be Scheduled for Interview - September 8, 2020

EAD/AP Approval Notice - October  1, 2020

EAD Card Received - October 13, 2020

Interview Scheduled Notification - March 1, 2021

Interview Scheduled - April 6, 2021

GC Approved - May 7, 2021

GC Mailed - May 11, 2021

GC Delivered - May 11, 2021

Removal of Conditions File Date - January 6, 2023

You online status changes to “ Issued”, not approved. For London, you will typically have the visa/passport in hand 7 days after interview. Lately some have had it in 5 days. 

This is for AOS, not a visa.

My wifes status changed inmediatly after the interview to "case must be reviewed"

Actually changed DURING the interview..  It changed at 1:08pm April 12th and we got done with our interview around 1:20pm.  The IO stated he thinks the case will be approved and if it was up to him it would be.

 

The next day the status changed to "new card is being produced".  Then later that night on April 13th it changed to "Approved"

02/16/2018: Met online on a mobile game called Guns of Glory

10/03/2018: I129f sent

10/05/2018: NOA1

02/26/2019: NOA2 

03/19/2019: NVC received

03/22/2019: NVC case # assigned

04/02/2019: Consulate received

08/21/2019: Medical - passed on vaccines so insurance can be used in the USA.

08/22/2019: ASC

08/27/2019: Interview -APPROVED!!!

09/11/2019: Entered USA through Chicago O'hare

09/20/2019: Married

10/09/2019: Filed AOS

11/12/2019: Biometric appointment

12/13/2019: RFE (birth certificate)

 

 

Total time spent together before K1 interview: 65 days.
