Hab heute hierzu die Nachrichten gelesen - der link scheint nocht nicht ungedatet zu sein - in anderen worten wuerden wir die Beibehaltungsurkunde nicht mehr brauchen sobald dies durch alle Gremien gelaufen ist.... (ware natuerlich super da ich die Doppelte Favorisieren wuerde)

Halli Hallo, 'Neuling' hier. Mir fiel vorhin im Auto ein, dass ich hier mal recht aktiv war. Damals hatten wir einen gleichnamigen Thread der 367 Seiten lang war :). Bunch of chatty Susans. Ich wünsche euch Allen auf eurer Reise alles Gute und viel Geduld, die braucht man heutzutage noch viel mehr als 2005 schon.

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

Willkommen zurueck 😁 Das ist immernoch der gleiche thread. Die mods starten den thread immer wieder neu wenn er zu lang wird 😉 seit ner Weile is es aber tatsaechlich etwas ruhiger hier.

Ja, ich denke, dass mittlerweile viel über Facebook läuft. Ist schneller und direkter aber die Fragen oftmals immernoch die gleichen.

Halli Hallo,

ewig war ich nicht mehr hier, Wahnsinn. Jetzt melde ich mich zurück mit einer Frage in der Hoffnung jemand kann sie beantworten.

 

Ich fliege am Wochenende nach Deutschland, bleibe eine Woche und komme am 10.09 wieder zurück, zusammen mit meinen Eltern. Die kommen mich zum ersten mal hier besuchen und bleiben 2 Wochen. Meine Frage betrifft die Einreise in die USA. Meine Eltern haben beide ein ESTA, ich meine Green Card. Ich moechte gern zusammen mit den beiden durch den Custom Bereich weil das Englisch nicht dafuer ausreichen wird sich mit dem Officer zu unterhalten. Meint ihr das ist ein Problem? Und in welche Schlange sollten wir uns stellen? Ich waere jetzt direkt zur ESTA Schlage mit gegangen, mein Mann sagt aber wir sollen alle Drei zur Green Card Holder Schlange gehen. Was meint ihr? 

 

Ansonsten geht's mir super, Massachusetts ist immer noch ein Traum und ich moechte nie wieder weg :) Bald geht's an den Papierkram rund um Removal of Conditions. Ein bisschen Zeit habe ich noch aber besser ich fange schonmal an mit sammeln.

War 'OK' ... bin eher so der 'off the grid' Urlauber - habs fuer die Schwiegereltern mal mitgemacht. 

Aber im allgemeinen recht postiv ueberrascht... kaum Hotelbauten vieles noch recht unberueht... die Sandduehnen waren toll...
