Hi, My visa category is K1. My interview appointment in on 11th of May 2021. But I haven't gotten K1-FTP and US Embassy letter for medical and interview instruction. My case status shows 'READY'. Several times I have called and sent them emails too but No response. What should I do? Is there any other way?

Would have hoped someone with experience with that embassy would have helped you by now.  
 

Keep records of the correspondence that the embassy didn’t answer, and attend your interview on time.  You will either get rescheduled on the spot or given RFEs.

Mike E, I can't do my medical examination without K1-FTP. It's a require document for medical examination. I am very confused now. what to do next?

How long did you wait in order to get an interview at the embassy? My case is currently with the NVC center and I have been given a ISL case number. They have advised me that Pakistan is currently not processing K1 visa's interviews. Is that an accurate statement?

Why don't you try having a look at the website for the US embassy in Pakistan?  Many others here have been able to find this info by doing just that.  It isn't difficult.

Since your visa is K-1. Did your fiance submit to receive emails? When I applied for my husband, he got a letter but he also got mail regarding the medical. I hope this worked out for you in time. I know I am late but I hope it worked out for you.
