Sep 22, 2021 - last update of CEAC status before Filing Writ of Mandamus

March 02, 2021 - Filed for Writ of Mandamus, Summons Issued to defendant electronically 

March 08, 2021 - 1st update of CEAC after filing mandamus

March 18, 2021 - 2nd update 

March 24, 2021 - 3rd update

March 25, 2021 -  4th update 

April 07, 2021 - 5th update 

April 14, 2021 - 6th update

April 20, 2021 - 7th update

I also filed for mandamus on March 02, 2021 and so far my case was updated on March 08 and as of today it was updated 7 times. I hope that's a good sign. My employer said he has made contact with Assistant US Attorney and AUSA said that they are already looking into my papers and the US embassy might call me soon for an updated medical. The deadline for their response is on May 02, 2021 But so far I have not received any update directly from the US embassy. I hope they call me this week as this is the final week before their deadline. Otherwise, they might ask for an extension 😥.

In my case Mandamus after 97 days I got visa. Filled Mandamus 6 January 21 and got visa 13 April 21.Alhamdulillah
