Hi all,

we are invited to interview first week of feb when the proclamation was still valid. and officer told us that our case is complete but they cannot issue the visa due to proclamation and we have to wait until ban expires. and also told me to upload my new passport and response in email with ds-5535 questions during the time of pending.

I completed everything and because now the ban is lifted does anybody know how long we should wait more? and what would be the next step for us?

currently our case is in administrative process when we check the status.

You can email the consulate and ask about the status.....other than that, you just have to be patient.  Good luck.

Proclamation was revoked, but DS-5535 is under review still. The pres requested a review to be done in 120 days.
