F4 immigrant visa case was filed in December, 2014.

RFE was received in September 2020.

Response to RFE was submitted and received to USCIS on 30 November, 2020.

As per RFE the adjudicator at USCIS has to expedite the case within 60 days. But it's been more than 94 days but not result from USCIS.

Can anyone please guide what to do next to expedite the case from USCIS.

What is the reason for an expedite, does not really matter how long these take, if you have minor children involved can actually be beneficial to avoid them ageing out.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Not sure what needs to be expedited? This case is still years from its priority date becoming current. No visas can be issued before that happens. Visas for F4 cases are currently only available to those filed before 22 Oct 2006 for most countries, and earlier dates for India, Mexico & Philippines.
