Hey anyone who filed roc in phonix Arizona and was signed By F.Brown and has not received the receipt after one month? Please let's update each other here. My Green card expires in April 02 2021. Am very worried.

3 months is the current time frame to receive receipts. Take it easy. It will come back to you then

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Well its very unusual if takes 3 months. It usually 2 weeks and because of the pandemic, the USCIS says it between 4 to 6 weeks. so i dont know where you came from with 3 months.

It is currently taking about 5 - 6 weeks from the date of confirmation of delivery of the package to receive some sort of confirmation/receipt, be it a text or a hard copy in the mail.

10/02/18: Ready for interview to be scheduled.

12/18/18: Form I-130 APPROVED!

01/27/19: EAD Approved and card being printed!

02/02/19: Combo card and SSN card arrived!

03/08/19: Text and online notification that interview has been scheduled.

04/16/19: Interview.  AOS approval text rec'd.  Card in production!

04/24/19: GC in hand! 

 

Removal of Conditions

02/12/21: Delivered to Phoenix, AZ

03/22/21: Money order cashed

03/24/21: Text notification rec'd
