My second interview was October 27 last year. After 3 months they call me and ask me for my wife cell number. They talk with my wife on 2 February and they send me email for my photos and medical on 12 February.

You take so wrong step. You challenge embassy decesion therefore they will making your petition so long. My first interview was in 2019. After that they put my case in Admin processing. Then they contact me again last year in October. Who tells you for Mandamus dear.......?
