Indian police certificate from Toronto consulate format?

Has any Indian citizen living in Canada recently got a police certificate from Toronto consulate? If so, what is the acceptable format? I received one recently and this is what it says -

 

"It is certified that there is no adverse information against XXXX S/o XXXX, holder of Indian Passport No XXXX, issued at XXXX, on XXXX which
would render him ineligible for IMMIGRATION PURPOSES OTHER THAN CITIZENSHIP for UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
This PCC is not valid fbr any other purpose or country."

I got mine just yesterday and its the same format. Did you have your interview already and was it accepted. I have my K1 interview next month but even I am trying to understand if this is the acceptable form. It makes sense to me to say its for citizenship because either K1 or IR1/CR1 its gonna lead to getting citizenship in US, but the ineligible wordings are making it confusing.
