You should take originals of everything that’s been submitted to USCIS/NVC throughout the process.. with ref to US docs submitted eg sponsor ID, earnings etc, they will accept electronic documents printed.. it may also we worth while taking recent payslips of sponsor or a letter from their employer proving their income has not been negatively impacted from covid since it’s likely you submitted 2019 earnings not 2020
