How to extend emergency advanced parole

If you currently are already on an emergency advance parole 30 day benefit and you need more time how do you request to extend it? Are you able to request for an info past meeting and do it at the consulate in the country you are currently traveled to? Or do you have to come back into the US  to go to a Uscis service center for the meeting to request for the extension of the emergency advance parole? The reason I need to request it is because the medical emergency is actually getting worse so I need more time in my home country to deal with it

There are no USCIS offices outside the US.  A consulate cannot extend your AP.  I would return to the US before the expiration of the Advance Parole document, else you will very likely be denied entry.

ot sure I have heard of 30 Day AP, seems this is a VAWA case so maybe something specific to that process?

So when we get back before the expiration date how can we go about extending the emergency advance parole once in the country?

Unfortunately you will have to either come back and request for an extension, or continue staying and lose your status. Pretty straightforward there
