I’m hoping for some advise on my current K1 visa, I’m anxious I might have messed up the the process.

I’m a UK resident trying to get a fiancé visa for my partner in the US. On 4th February 2020 I received confirmation NVC has the approved I-129F and on 10th Feb 2020 I received a letter from the US Embassy London to schedule an appointment.

I had a medical appointment booked then was going to schedule a visa appointment after attending.  The March lockdown occurred and visa services stopped just before the medical and I cancelled the appointment.

I am unsure where my application might be up to as I’ve not had any letters from the London embassy since this date.  I’ve looked through my records and documents I’m now unsure if I have the completed DS-160 form back in February.

Any idea where to go from here?

I wasn’t sure they were accepting contacts however you’re right I should perhaps try and call or email them first.

I suppose my question was as I’ve not been able to schedule an interview or attend a medical would my case expire without me taking action - but I suppose many others may be stuck at my step due to COVID.

You'll find all the instructions on the UK US Embassy website. You are now in charge and not USCIS or NVC for the next steps. You should be a part of the conversation over in the regional sub-forum for the UK. Directions: Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about three-fourths of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.

Submitting a DS-160 is an action you take to show them you did not back out of the visa process. It is your application for the visa. You have a year to apply. Do it today

The embassy is accepting emails via their contact form. They are still open and conducting interviews. They have recently answered others in your K1 situation to bring a new letter of intent from your fiancé to your interview whenever those resume. Touch base with them yourself so they know you have not abandoned your visa plans.
