CITIZENSHIP INTERVIEW DURING COVID

I have my interview this end of January and I'm flying back to the US from Germany. It says in their restriction during covid that I have to quarantine 2 weeks prior to the interview, but I can't do it as I only have 10days vacation. My question is does the USCIS really strict about it? Or I can just show up there as long as I don't have any signs and symptoms of COVID and didn't have contact to the person who has COVID? My interview will be held in Nevada. Does anybody know about what's happening in Nevada airport? Do I have to take a COVID test upon arrival?

As of now I have not heard of any airport in the U.S. doing any covid testing.  I'm sure all USCIS offices conduct a temperature check and questionnaire at the door prior to you entering.

Best bet is maybe calling the USCIS office directly and ask about their covid policy.

Thank you. Yes, I will probably call them on Monday.

It seems officers will ask for people to speak up if they travelled outside of the US in the last 14 days, and will then reschedule your interview. Of course they can see your travel history when you arrive at the interview desk, so don't lie.

So if you're flying in to the US just for your interview, you'll need to come 15 days before the interview, and fly back the day after. You can still "work from home" while in quarantine though, if your job permits. And likely, your boss will let you take a few more unpaid leave days.

If you're in Germany though, make sure you're not over the 180 days abroad limit.
