We have wonderful news: 10 year GC received yesterday!!!  

 

Timeline:

 

March 19, 2020: ROC sent (California Service Center)

September 2020: Notification that they would reuse fingerprints

December 30, 2020: Case transfered to NBC

January 22, 2021: Another notification that they would reuse fingerprints

January 28, 2021 (morning): Status update on case tracker - New Card is Being Produced

January 28, 2021 (afternoon): Status update on case tracker - Case Was Approved

February 1, 2021: Status update on case tracker - Card Was Mailed to Me

February 2, 2021: Received NOA with Approval

February 4, 2021: Status update on case tracker - Card Was Delivered to me by the Post Office... 

Then I checked our mailbox and it was there!  

 

Our ROC journey ends here! We wish good luck to you all!!!

It clear shows that WAC has a create backlog, and getting our case to NBC should really speed it up -- one of the smallest backlogs among all the processing centers.

I just saw on a fb group a July/2020 WAC filler having the ROC case approved on the same day that the fingerprint status changed. Same page as all of us - case initially on WAC and then transferred to NBC early January. USCIS is funny, isn't it?

This process is making me so anxious. It's been 19 days since transfer to another center and 17 since fingerprints were reused. Waiting and waiting....

Hold my beer: For me it has been 33 days since the transfer and no fingerprints taken (waiver) yet.
