My fiance has never been married and will be applying for a K1 visa in her home country after we get approval from our I129F petition.  The US Embassy lists marriage and divorce certificates as necessary documents.  I have been previously married.  Will she need to bring marriage and divorce certificates from my previous marriage for her visa application/interview?

Thanks!

They are referring to the beneficiary’s documents, not yours.

The Kiev embassy requests the following "Please bring all the items listed below where applicable. One set of documents is required for each applicant."

 5. Marriage certificate(s) or name change certificate(s).

 6. Divorce certificate(s).

When you submitted your documents as a petitioner you were required to include your documents. Now that your fiancé is attending to their interview their information and documents will be required. The only thing that the petitioner produces for the interview is the I-134, Affidavit of Support and that can be emailed and printer in your fiancé's country.

Good luck and stay engaged in the process.
