Any approvals today?

Hi sunshinegirl!

Well, we hope soon we can write in this board "We are approved"

On November 12 will be 6 months that we got the NOA1 and since then just a touch on August, that has been all for us unfortunately.

I think we will wait couple of days more, but if nothing comes after so long waiting, i think we will do something else... again with the congressman.

I don't understand that immigration system they have, it is a total disorder, no wonder there is so much disappointment.

I have tried many times, but there is always that record machine. I don't see the way to get to a person, unless... I have the wrong number? because in that tape, I am never ask if I need to speak to SOMEONE.

You should get your approval soon...November 12 will be the 5 months for you, not quite 6 and most seem to be getting aprroved bewtween the 5-6 month mark..keep your chin up, it'll be soon!

You are right, it is 5 months. Any ways, in the timeline says "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as..." if that is early, i don't want to know what is late, huh!

last week i had 3 touches in a row, no email no update at USCIS site . today our approval was in the mail. the reciept date was june 19, notice date was october 29, 132 day wait. FINALY! WOOO HOOO!

I know the feeling all too well. My adjudicated went from a few dates in Aug. to several in Sept. and even more in Oct. and then thru the first week of Nov.!! I was finally approved on 10/18 (hard copy on 10/22) with no update on the website until 11/1 and still no email from CRIS.

Now I'm waiting in the mail staging area at CSC. I just called and it's still sitting there....hummm...just traded one wait for another. I hope you get a speedy approval!
