Its not the NOA1 you should be concerned about...its those pesky NOA2s which are so elusive and sought after that you should be craving!

I wouldn't even worry about the NOA2 until you've gotten at least 90 days under your belt...unless you have a special case. Less than 90 days, nothing is going to happen. Not that I wouldn't like to see it, it's just not happening with the way USCIS is turning out NOA2s recently.

Many people didn't receive their NOA1. As long as you were able to get the info off the back of the cancelled check, you are good.

We've never received the hard copy NOA1 either---forget about it----NOA2 is all you need to have on your mind now!!! I can't believe actually, that we are so far into the process already. Ramzis is with me right now until Oct. 2. I am getting all my I-134 stuff ready for him to take back to Russia with him. The next time I meet him at Detroit airport will be FOREVER!!! It's really amazing.

Oh hi all...is it just me, or has anyone else out there in the June filers camp had NO touches since their cheque was cashed? Our I-129 was mailed out May 31 and cheque cashed June 7th. After that, silence.

I logged into the government site where I enter my WAC number and nothing except for the June 10, 2007 date.

Should I worry?

Nah...don't worry. I'm in the same boat and mailed mine out the same day. The only reason I think I got a touch was because I called about not receiving the NOA1. I got a touch and then the replacement NOA1 in the mail. Let's hope we get our NOA2's in the next couple of weeks :-)

Hey Guys, so I have a question, I sent NSC signed for my 129F on May 21st, and the I got "word" (from calling them) that they sent my NOA1 "recieved June 8th".

So does this mean that I'm a June filer or May???? I'm confused, do you think they will process my case from the date that it was recieved the 21st or the date filed.....the 8th??? Help please. Thank you!

Nah, many people have said that touches are meaningless...although saying that i would love to be touched every now and then! most people dont get touched until its close to their tme to get the noa2. We're all in pretty much the same boat!
