Additional information page for I-751

Just a bit lost as I want to do this perfectly. Where exactly do we sign and date on the last page if we have additional information. I know the form says to write name and A number at too but doesn’t specifically say where to sign and date it

There is no requirement to sign Part 11, Additional Information.

I never filled it out and everything was fine. 

It's just when you run out of space at a question, you can continue on page 11, hence why they ask the page and item number. Unless you run out of space in a certain box, page 11 is unnecessary.

There is no requirement to sign and date the pages filled in for additional information.  You can sign it in the blank area below if you want...but there is no requirement to do so.  Your signature in Part 7 (page 6, item 6a) applies to all pages sent.

I was referring to the part I pointed out in blue. I’ll just sign at the tio where I put my name thanks !

I didn't see that.  Thanks.......There is no specific assigned spot...Thanks for printing out that statement.  I don't remember seeing it.
