Thanks to God our interview was completed and all went well. After interview I checked the apps out of curiosity and it said new card is being produced. I checked the uscis case status, lawfully, case tracker. They all said that. A few hours after it then changed to interview completed and must be reviewed. Is that normal?

Yes, normally somebody higher up has to sign off.

I have certainly seen them bounce around as people update the case.
