We've been waiting over two years for a 601 waiver. We had to file a mandamus to get them to make a decision. He was approved for the waiver a day after the US government received the subpoena.  He was approved today at the consulate for his visa!

Past crimes from 40 years ago, but nothing serious. Trump's immigration system made it extremely difficult for us.
