October I-130 File - Mail In

Hi All,

 

I have just mailed in the packet for our I-130 to start the CR-1,IR-1 process and would love to have this forum to track movement with other October people! This site has been such a great resource.

Update here: packet picked up at PO box Oct 29. Awaiting response!

Sent the I-130 on the 10th and no NOA yet (which is normal since it takes up to 30 days). It was picked up at the lockbox on the 12th.

Update: they took our money on Nov 9th, but we didn’t receive an electronic NOA or/and a mailed NOA yet.

Other update: I had to email the lockbox on Monday because it was over 30days, I got my electronic NOA the next day and the letter NOA today. I think the letters might have gotten lost or something, and they had to resend them. Priority date: Oct. 13 2020.

Hi! I haven't gotten my check deposited yet so maybe it's still in a queue I guess. What email did you check in with? Thanks!

Hi. You have to wait pass the 30 day notice and can email if your check was cashed (it's a different procedure when it's not been cashed yet, it's on the uscis website). If the same exact thing happens to you, the email address is lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov .

Thanks so much! Actually perfect timing, I checked my bank, and the check is being processed today!

We mailed in the package on Oct 15th and finally got our receipt of notice today!

Ours was delivered by UPS Oct 23rd, took until Nov 16th to get a text notification about receipt (which is also our NOA1 date).

We sent in our I-130 October 15th, received NOA December 8th, 2020. Been waiting patiently ever since... I'm hoping that they start processing and approving cases from October soon 😥

We are waiting already from August 30, 2020. From December 10, 2020, our case is "being actively reviewed" and we don't have any other news.😭😭
