My question is, does the joint sponsor ALSO pays the fee for filing?

I mean you can ask the joint sponsor to pay the fee but I think that’s pretty low especially since this is the sole person responsible for allowing your wife and children to move to the US..and they are having the burden of them becoming a public charge be placed on their shoulders for potential the rest of their life..
