And this response is applicable to London only.

I was able to self sponsor.

Nothing indicated otherwise.   It says the i134 is an efficient way.  Does not specify its the only way

YMMV

I was just making the point, London are particularly flexible.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Which is applicable to me which is what my question was concerning. I don’t see why this wouldn’t apply to an I-134 in any other country.  Feel free to share sources if you discover otherwise. Thanks.

There is much discretion at the consular level.  For example, I can't think of other consulates that allow self-sponsorship like London does.  Manila has been known to reject joint sponsors.   You get the idea........

Btw, the advantage to completing a timeline here is that you will get more applicable vs generic responses to your questions.

Very few Consulates allow you to self sponsor, for example.
