Hello Guys,

I'm filling out I-1864 for my mom and dad both. I put 4 households  including me, my dad, my wife and a daughter. Will i put the same 4 household in my mom's I-1864 as well or it will be two only since i already mentioned my wife and daughter in dad's form?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

4 is correct. Treat each I-864 separately. IR-5 doesn't have derivative beneficiaries.

Household for Dad I-864: You, your dad, your wife, and your daughter.

Household for Mom I-864: You, your mom, your wife, and your daughter.

I think you will put same number of household members in your mom's I-864 as well since she is still going to be in same household. Still, wait for other more experienced members to provide advice.
