Filed August 3 as well - adjusting from F1 visa. No receipt yet 🤔 Wondering how long it will take for the NOA to arrive?

Hello, It takes usually about 2,3 weeks if everything goes well and they do not keep the package for secondary revision. I am from Bulgaria too and Adjusting from B2. :)

Hi!! Thank you!! Nice to meet someone else from Bulgaria.

I actually called USCIS today and they told me that they had received our application and mailed out a notice on August 13. We still haven’t received anything in the mail though 🤔

NOA Confirmation of Receipt received today: submitted 8/3, Receipt Dated 8/20, Received 8/24.  21 days from submission to receipt.

Also received instructions for setting up my online account.

In case any of you are worried about postal delays - there were none in my case.  This time (fingers crossed).

I called USCIS again and this time the lady on the phone gave me my case numbers 😁

Our case was accepted by USCIS on August 13 and NOA was mailed out on August 13. As of today, August 24 we still haven’t received NOA in the mail but I checked the USPS informed delivery this morning  and we have four USCIS letters in the incoming mail. Been stalking the mail all day and nothing - may be tomorrow 🤔 So, I would say we are seeing some postal delays!

What does "secondary revision" mean?

I concurrently filed for AOS with the Forms I-130 and I-485.  USCIS received the package on August 1st.  They cashed the check for Form I-130 yesterday August 28th ($ 535 USD), but did not cash the I-485 & Biometrics check ($ 1225 USD).  Do you guys know if USCIS usually cashes first one check and then the other one?  Or do they use to cash both at the same time?  I want to stay positive and don't think that there is an error on the I-485 or other forms (I-131, I-765, I-864, and I-693).

It means that If they assume that somethings is missing, instead of sending it back to you and rejecting it immediately , They keep the package for second check from someone else to make sure you didn't miss sending something and I have seen people get their NOA1 ever 60 days after filling after that.

They usually cash both at the same time. Check with you bank if everything is okay, It might be just pending or something. Wait few days and call USCIS
