can i apply now for N-400?? Im a LPR since 7/27/17, married to a US Citizen and last August 3,20 my ROC got approved. im planning to apply N-400 asap before fees increase on Oct.2,20.

When i check the Naturalizations Early filing calculator it says, at least 90days before 3yr anniversary date after that they will deny if filed afterwards. Im already over 3yrs now. So when can i apply then?!

Need your advice and comments.TIA.

As stated above, you can still apply under the 3-year rule. You misunderstood the USCIS website. It says it will be denied if you apply BEFORE the 90-day window begins. In other words, you can start applying 90 days before your 3 year LPR anniversary and not a day before. You cannot apply earlier than the 90 days.

Follow the guide on visajourney and you should be good provided you do not have any special circumstances such as traffic violations or arrests. Also keep in mind to file before October 2nd as the N-400 fee is going up drastically.
