ENtering USA on ESTA

I’m planning to visit my husband on September for 2 weeks using my ESTA, we are on spouse visa process right now and waiting for NOA-2. I have been looking for flights and all the fligts i’ve seen has a stop over either in Netherlands or Germany and then stopover again in Atlanta or NJ.

My question is.. Am I exempted on the E.O? Would they let me in?

As the spouse of a US Citizen you can enter. However, I would definitely make sure you have a proof a return flight booked and maybe even proof that you're employed in your home country, otherwise they may detain you as it could look like you're trying to outstay your visa.

This is actually a requirement for ESTA/VWP travel. It's a good idea for any visitor, but is an actual requirement here.

You are exempted from the ban. Others from or passing through banned countries who have posted here before, recommend not checking in online but doing so at the airport where you can show proof of marriage to USC and if necessary they can confirm with CBP that you are allowed to board; some who have tried to check in online (where you can’t show an exemption) have had their estas revoked. Not something you want to sort out the day before you travel.

One more question guys? What is the policy/ requirement when i Land? ( Florida)   Do i have to quarantine even in just staying for 18 days?🤔

I have no idea if Florida has a quarantine requirement, won’t  your husband know that? Each state has its own requirements.
