my future wife is really close with her brother. can i add him onto her visa?

No. There is a process that can bring him to the USA but it would take several years. She would file a petition after she has her green card but he would have to wait for a visa to become available in his category. Think 7 to 10 years.

Only a US Citizen can petition for siblings, and parents, not their in-laws, the K-1 holder needs to become LPR then become a Citizen through naturalization before can petition for their siblings and parents.

In Form I-134, you will have to prove support of who you petition. This also includes being able to provide proof of enough chairs to accomodate everyone in the home.

More like 10-15 years or more, she needs to be a US citizen before petitioning for brother and brother will be Family Fourth Pref.
Family Fourth Preference (F4): Brothers and sisters of United States citizens, and their spouses and children, provided the U.S. citizens are at least 21 years of age. (65,000)

Wont work only a US citizen can petition for their own siblings. Or a parent can petition for their own children.

What does the I-134 have to do with the OP's question?
