Yup

VSC tends to send Approved petitions to NVC really quickly...I would suggest calling NVC on Tuesday to see if they have it....it could be in Colombia by the end of next week if they are still working that quick

I try to be strong day after day but im loosing it. Byron's approval just knocked me out, BYRON DONT GET ME WRONG im absolutly happy for you.

It's just that i have the feeling that some must be wrong with my case. I've sent back the RFE on Oct. 1st and still no approval, oh God please let them give me my approval or at least give me some info about my case. Im so sorry VJ-family, i didnt mean to f*** up the groove up in here but i needed to get this of my cheast.

Mel and Syl, I understand your frustration...I'm sure there's nothing wrong with your case....the must be doing this name check ups that are taking long...probably the grabbed your file like two weeks ago and still working on it.....You must get it soon. Please, don't be upset and just wait for the best to come very very soon....!

Try to give them a call and see what they tell you...you don't lose anything. Stay calm that I'm sure they are working on RFE right now....I'm still waiting for the notification saying they got my RFE....

Mel and Syl, its easy for me to say now but when i would read it from many on here it did help!!....Have faith....God has his timing for all of us with the way things are done.....It will come...I'll tell you one thing....keep calling...i did.....explain that you are nervous , that you sent in the RFE and have heard nothing...dont be disappointed to hear the same BS answer, like it happened to me last night, especilly seeing that VSC is kind of getting tgheir act together, you will get the approval when you least expect it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im praying for you , Mirla and everyone else to get approved!!!!!!

That's OK Syl. Its understandable that you are feeling this way. I think out of all the active members on this thread you have been waiting the longest and it is hard to see others get approved who have filed after you.

I know you said Mel had called VSC and they said to wait the 30-60 or whatever days but have you tried getting a congressperson invloved? Maybe it will light a fire under their asses and get you some sort of information. It can't hurt.

You will get through this...we are all praying for you.

Chances are you probably hit a name match with a bad guy and it sometimes takes quite awhile to resolve those. If there were grounds for denial I think you would have received that a long time ago.

I know it is difficult, but try to keep the faith. Eventually this agony will be a faint memory.

Please note that I never received an email and no touches at all.

I called VSC on Wednesday (11/14) and I was told that my case was still pending and it was not with an adjudicator because I asked.

I noticed that some received touches and some didn't, just wanted to share that with you all.

BRYON, I am very happy that you are approved and I feel priviledge to have gotten my approval the same day as you and Leidy.

Mirla or anybody else...your point is the thing that has me confused....It says that the approval was sent the 15th which was yesterday ( sent to the lawyer i would think)

So does today's touch mean sent to NVC or actually sent to the lawyer today eventhough they say it was sent yesterday??

Byron and Mirla, thank you guys! Yes God has his time for everything i know but i cant help it right now. Im not pissed Mirla, im just madly sad but you know what, im so happy that i found VJ and even though i dont have my approval YET, there is still happiness in me cuz other people are getting theirs and sharing the joy with us.
