Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

I am so depressed. Right now I am just crying....this is not right....this is not right! These people are not fair to us at all. How do they want expect me to feel when they are keeping away from what makes me happy. I am so angry...all that I can do is cry. I have been trying for so long to be strong....I just can't do this anymore. I just can't do this....no this is not right.

USCIS will not get the best of me. When they finally decide to approve my application, I will expose them for the horrific job that they have been doing. I need my approval so...I have no choice but to be calm. But the minute I finish with this whole procedure, I will expose everything. Especially those rude customer service employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no words for you Missy, Byron and Mirla. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Only God knows why this is your timing. Its got to be so hard to wait and see others approved. For this Im so sorry. I'd say hang in there..but how many times can you hear that? I'd say stay positive..but at what point is it to much to overcome? All I can say, is that we are all with you...feeling your pain and frustration. I feel you each...and you are still always in my prayers by name. God bless you, keep you strong and give you the preserverance to see this through. May He guide you, keep you and hold you close to comfort you.

Hi everyone......I live about 20 minutes outside of Washington, DC and just got back from my Congressman's office......It actually was interesting.....the liason with the USCIS called the Vermont Center and found out our case is with a case worker since November 1.....they said that because of the length of time they have been taking to process the cases that they are having to do an extra security check on the petitioner(from Noa1 until now) to make sure I have not committed a major crime or something......Also that our age difference......I am older then Oscar makes our case a red flag case for fraud........I know that earlier in the forum someone asked about that and they do consider that......I said the the liason that more older woman are dating younger men now and she said her husband was 10 years younger then her....but he lived down the street from her not in another country were someone has the right to scrutinize the relationship.......So I at least know they have it on someone's desk.....Oh please God say yes.....Lora

Thank You amrssnowangel...believe me your beautiful words are deeply appreciated its just that there comes a point when i stop and thnk...my happiness is in the hands of an officer thats probably sitting at his or her desk, laughing, joking around with co workers and my petition will sit until he or her is good and ready to check it....meanwhile for me , i smile and laugh but almost instantly i get a little thought of not wanting to smile or feel complete without my SO here with me....It kills me at times to want to just old her, put my cheek against hers, watch her sleep and so many other things but not be able to do it because of this sloppy, unproffesional system!!

I hear you Byron. I do. I so much want my SO here to. Had a meltdown today..just wanted him to hold me. He to loves to watch me sleep by cam...but its not the same. To FEEL them in the same room...simply their presence. To have a great joke to tell..turn to tell it and realize they arent there. To feel the bed sheets where they should be...having them feel almost warm...but realize its empty. To hear your favorite song, turn to sing it to them...but find just an empty seat.... I hear you Byron.

But remember....your future is NOT in the hands of a PERSON..but in GODS hands. I know its hard to focus on that...but its soo tempting to see the bad side in our minds. These adjudicators are just like us..people with families to support. They are over worked...its the SYSTEM that is letting us down. Im sure there are those that slack...but Byron...stay focused. Missy...stay focused. Mirla..you to. Stay focused. We want them here...but what good are we to them...if we are continually stressed.. Be strong. Byron..i've seen you ride the rollercoaster...i know u can turn this around.

I'm sorry afterforever, I'm shock to find out that your petition didn't make on the same trip as mine. What was that Nov 1 touch all about then?? They sent out a crate on Nov 1, so why not send the rest of the approved NOA2 at the same time too??? I can't believe this!! :angry:

Thanks MR2nice. Nothing surprises me about USCIS anymore. I have no idea why I got a touch on Nov. 1st. Did you call NVC today to find out if they received your petition or did you get something in the mail?

I saw a couple of VJ members called today and got the news that the NVC received their cases on 11/2 so I did the same. The lady told me they received it on 11/2. I was positive that your case was there. I'm hoping that maybe they haven't gotten around to entered the rest of the cases into the system since they came by the thousands. Maybe you can try to call back in a couple of days. That's the only other explanation I can think of right now.
