Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

In September to date...CSC has 35 k1 approvals....CONGRATULATIONS...

VCS....8

Now tell me that has to do with so many more CSC petitions....dont' think thats all there is to it. AND CSC is starting to process MAY 30!!!! My time line has gone from Mid September to end of October.....All I want are answers...WHY

This is what I mean. On VJ in the last 3 months there have been 440 K1s. Of thos only 64 were at VSC. Therefore, VSC only represents 14.5% of the population on this website. Leading to the fact that there simply won't show the same quantity of approvals because there isn't the same quanitity of petitioners at that service center on this site.

I'm trying to stay positive. There are so few VSC filers on this site as compared to CSC that there are filers at VSC that are receiving approvals that aren't on this board. So, it's still movement even if we can't see it. Try to think positive. We're going to get there eventually.

Our Noa1 dates are close..mine is June 19.....I've done the positive thing...just burned out.....I've been sick with heart related issues and just want him HERE. Now battling a virus since June and just want him HERE. It would be easier just to see one or two a DAY instead of a week. PLUS...Im looking at some who are STILL in Egypt AP AFTER the interview for up to 10 months!!!! So forgive me....every week counts to us....we aren't looking at this being even CLOSE to our visa....just another step in a LONG drawn out process for an Egyptian. :crying: :crying:

Hang in there. I know you are probably tired of hearing that and trying it, but that is all we can do. I got good advice on here on one of my "down days" (one of many...). Try to spend some time doing something that focuses on how much you love him by putting together his favorite things in a care package. Take a deep breathe. Call him.

64 at VSC with 8 approved = 12.5% have been approved.

The remaining 376 at CSC with 35 approved? Only 9.3% approved.

So, pound-for-pound, VSC is still doing better.

And for those who asked, my letter was mostly my own writing, with a few paragraphs of the letter written on here by US Wendy (?)

the numbers look ok but i still think that they should have a better system....like a k1 divison..a division for employment visas etc.....

THAT made me feel a bit better...ty for the crunches. Im all for the bulk rates at the grocery store...seems to put a perspective on things... I also decided not to pull numbers with csc....

I have done the phone call (we skype LOTS every day) and care package already to...(cookies are EXPENSIVE to send to Egypt!!! LOL) It will pick up I know....Still doesn't help these down days to much...maybe some time away from numbers/approvals/ and focus on the post noa2 life.

I agree, but at this point, I think any reason for optimism is good, even if it's small.

Yes, maybe that will help. Focus on something positive.

But there should still be a consistent flow of approvals, but it has gotten slower and slower. It was two weeks for VSCers in march now it's 4 months and counting ... Sorry to be Debbie Downer, but they are doing H1Bs or greencards for H1B holders or consolidating centers and training, etc.

I'll deal with it as it's not that long compared to the rest of my life but that doesn't make it fair or reasonable

Exactly! In fact they forget that point thinking after marriage everyone just sits on their rear! My fiance can't accept a job offer for jan cuz his darn visa won't be anywhere near ready by then. He was soo frustrated that he was talking about just taking the job on a J visa and getting married on that. I had to slap some sense into him...J no good. I think he snapped out of crazy mode.

Does anyone live in vermont? Maybe they can take a peek into VSC and see what really is going on there!
