My fiancée (Filipino) currently works in Hong Kong, but she will be returning to Philippines in about a month. We’re aiming to submit our petition well before that time. It seems clear that I should indicate her address on Form I-129F to be her current address (Hong Kong), but we weren’t sure. Am I correct? Thanks.

Not if you want the interview in Manila

I agree. You will have to change the address later if you do and hope they see the change, otherwise you will have to address it later when they have already signed you to Hong Kong and it will slow down your petition. been there and done that.

Current address and the preferred consulate are 2 different things. If she’s currently in HK, then that’s her current address. You then put Manila as the consulate you’d like to interview at. At least that’s what I did: I’m a student in the Netherlands but I’m pretty certain that by the time the petition is approved I’ll be back in in my home country. So my current address is in the Netherlands but the consulate is in my home country.
