Passport from both of us?

Hi guys,

So I met someone online who is also applying for K1 and she said they added both the petitioner and beneficiary's passport in the first round submitting the petition.

I did not read anywhere that the beneficiary had to also include the passport for now?

The thing is, I'm set to renew my passport soon (I'm the beneficiary), but if it's needed for the first round then all my passport stamps would be in my old passport?

If it isn't needed then I can renew it much later before the next round when they need the passport too?

Many beneficiaries don't even have a passport at time of filing.

YMMV

If the beneficiary has passport stamps that can be used as evidence of meeting in person within the last 2 years, then yes, send that. Other than that there is no need for the beneficiary's passport with the i-129f.
