Hi there,

 

I am curious to know if it is possible to travel to the United States with a existing tourist VISA at this moment. The person concerning this has already visited the states once and wants to revisit again, they would like to travel from Bangladesh either on a special chartered flight or regular commercial flights.

Yes, assuming the person will not be transiting through any of the countries on the recent EO (most European countries are included in that).

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Alright, as only flights available from Bangladesh right now is emirates and qatar, so they won't be transiting through EU countries.
